350 g of Super Firm Tofu
2 tbsp olive oil
your prefer mixed salads & cherry tomato
coarse black pepper
1 table spoons of light soy sauce
steamed rice or bread, to serve
Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl apart from Tofu, once the dressing is mixed evenly add Tofu and mix gently. Serve well with steam rice or bread.
Tip : Avoid pouring the dressing sauce on the Tofu, otherwise the a few pieces of Tofu absorb all the sauce and resulting some pieces of Tofu are salty ruin the taste of Tofu.
